   
Modes of payment:
In general, reservation policy is as follow:
- A deposit of minimum 25% of the total amount of the contract is required 60 days before departure date or at reservation if the period before departure is less than 60 days;
- The balance of payments is due upon departure, in any case.
Cancellation policy:
In general, cancellation policy is as follow:
- Deposit is fully refundable and without extra charge, if cancellation is notified more than 30 days before departure;
- Deposit is 50% refundable without extra charge if there is cancellation between 29 and 8 days before departure;
- Deposit is not refundable is there is cancellation 7 days or less before departure.
In case of unfavourable weather conditions, fees will be discussed if cancellation is made the day before or more than 3 hours before departure. If not, full amount should be paid.
Extra fees:
Tolls/Parking/Other
Road tolls, mandatory parking fees, driver’s room or any other extra cost related to the trip are at client’s expense.
Modification
Itinerary changes are possible but can lead to extra charges.
Damages
Client accepts entire responsibility for the people aboard the vehicle. Therefore, client will be responsible for any wilful breaks to our vehicles, leading to some charges.
Regulations:
Itinerary
A complete travel itinerary is requested 10 days before departure in order to insure that the trip is feasible accordingly with the laws and rules enforced. Following departure, changes in the schedule will be made in respect of driving and working time regulations.
Driving hours:
Excellence fully respect all laws and regulations applied to heavy vehicles in particular the driving hours policies:
In Canada:The law concerning driving and working hours for heavy vehicle, such as a motor coach, stipulates that a driver can’t exceed 15 hours on duty and a maximum of 13 hours on the road. It is also necessary to plan a rest period of 8 consecutive hours per working day.
In United States:When the trips have a destination in the United States, a drive can’t exceed 13 hours on duty and 10 hours on the road. It is also necessary to plan a rest period of 8 consecutive hours per working day.
Alcohol policy
Under section 443 of the Highway Safety Code, alcohol consumption is forbidden for all occupants aboard any type of vehicles (coaches or minibus) either it is on the road or stopped. Under section 511 of the Highway Safety Code, a fine range between 200$ and 600$ applies to an offender depending if it is a passenger or a driver.
Special conditions
Lost and found
Returning from a journey, we remind you to verify inside the vehicle to make sure you did not forget anything. You can check afterwards lost and found objects by contacting our offices during business hours. However, Excellence will not be responsible for lost or stolen objects in its vehicles during the trip.
Delays
Excellence will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control like accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, traffic, etc.
